DEBCOR Engineering®

Starting Packages

Seven AI packages. Fixed scope. In production.

Each package deploys on your native ERP today — Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or any stack you run — and delivers a working production system in 4–16 weeks.

Published pricing on every package page.

Why the packages hold up.

DEBCOR is a software manufacturer. Every package on this page began as a system we built, hardened, and ran in production for enterprise clients — then productized. Fixed scope and fixed price are possible because the engineering risk has already been retired: we are deploying proven architecture, not discovering it on your budget.

Each package ships with the controls enterprise buyers require: audit logging, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, escalation paths, and full validation reporting. Governed by design, because production systems answer to auditors, not demos.

One bench, every scale. The same architecture that runs at a 2,000-person manufacturer runs at a 40-person organization — scoped, not diluted. S-tier packages deploy DEBCOR’s proven playbooks with fixed configuration; M and L tiers extend the same systems into complex landscapes. Published tiers are possible for the same reason fixed pricing is: the engineering risk is already retired at every size.

The SAP bridge.

Every package runs stack-agnostic today. When your roadmap includes SAP — a new S/4HANA program, a RISE migration, a post-acquisition consolidation — the same package bridges to SAP-native: BTP-deployed, clean-core compliant, integrated with SAP’s AI stack. DEBCOR holds SAP’s Expert-tier Business Data Cloud, SAP Business AI Platform (formerly SAP BTP), and Business Transformation Management competencies, so the bridge is engineered by the same team that built the original system. Your AI investment compounds across the re-platform instead of dying in it.

How the packages compound.

The Assessment identifies where to start. The Data Foundation makes every downstream package smarter. Ingestion feeds the Foundation continuously. The Knowledge Layer gives agents context; Ask Your Data gives leadership visibility into all of it. Each package works alone. Sequenced together, they compound.

For SAP customers

DEBCOR is an approved delivery partner in SAP’s partner-led AI adoption programs. Depending on your SAP relationship and roadmap, engagements may qualify for SAP incentive funding. We’ll assess eligibility during scoping — no commitment implied until SAP confirms.

Common questions

What buyers ask.

Do we need to be on SAP to buy these packages?

No. Every package here is delivered on your current stack — Salesforce, NetSuite, Oracle, Workday, Snowflake, a homegrown DB, or any combination. DEBCOR's platform is stack-agnostic. If you also happen to run SAP, the same agents extend into your SAP landscape without a rebuild.

How are these different from the DEBCOR SAP products?

Same platform, different frame. Our SAP product suite (AI Data Engine, Order Validation Engine, Memoria, Joule agents) is packaged for buyers who see themselves as buying an SAP project. These packages are packaged for buyers who see themselves as buying an AI capability — where the enterprise system is one integration point, not the whole project.

How do S, M, and L differ?

Scope compresses down, not features get removed. S-tier is playbook-driven — a single senior engineer delivers against pre-built accelerators against a fixed configuration boundary. M-tier extends the same systems for landscapes with multiple sources, custom rules, and integration complexity. L-tier is the full enterprise engagement: dedicated environments, SOC 2 wrap, roadmap co-development, and — for SAP customers — clean-core BTP integration. Same architecture at every size; the engineering risk is retired at each tier. See each package page for its S/M/L pricing.

What's the 'bridge to SAP' story about?

It's optional. If you're on a non-SAP stack today and never plan to move, ignore it. If you're considering S/4HANA or your board is discussing an ERP consolidation, the packages you deploy now migrate into the SAP-native versions (Joule Studio 2.0 agents, MCP-connected worker agents) without a rewrite — because it's the same underlying architecture.

Which package should we start with?

Most engagements start with the Readiness Assessment (if you need a defensible plan before spending) or Data Foundation (if your master data is questionable). Document AI is the highest-ROI operational win. Custom Agents is where P&L moves fastest once your foundation is in place.

What technology do you use?

Python, LangGraph for agent orchestration, Anthropic Claude as the primary reasoning model with OpenAI GPT / Google Gemini / xAI Grok for model routing, Supabase (or your chosen store) for vectors and application data, MCP for system connectivity, and Next.js for any review or chat interfaces. Every deployment is governed by DEBCOR's five-layer architecture (orchestration, intelligence, worker, governance, auditing).

Where does DEBCOR sit in the AI vendor landscape?

DEBCOR is an Anthropic Preferred Services Partner and an SAP Gold Partner with three patents pending in enterprise AI integration. We are an engineering firm, not a reseller or a body shop — we build and ship AI systems that run in production against real enterprise data.

Ready to scope one?

Talk to a senior DEBCOR architect. We’ll tell you which package fits your situation — or that you should skip straight to a Custom Agent.
